Intel Extreme Tuning utility stress test 5 mins it hits 99-100 degrees and throttles down 10+ times in 3 mins. 3D Mark Time Spy CPU test = 95-100 degrees. It's hitting around 89 degrees in Cyberpunk 2077 on Ultra Ray tracing Psycho with balanced DLSS at 1440p but then coming back down and averaging around 75-80. It doesn't stay at 95+ for a long time it just hits that temp pretty fast at heavy loads then comes back down. I built a new PC over the weekend using the following hardware and I'm getting ~95-100 degrees on the CPU when running 3d mark time spy (specifically the CPU test).
